So many of you know me as Dawn Perignon...but things are changin my world!
I was contacted about 6 weeks ago from a company in France called Moet & Chandon...they are the company that puts out the champagne Dom Perignon. I recieved a Cease and Desist letter stating that I need to stop using the name Perignon as my family name or they would meet me in court...so first I tried to just remove any champagne bottles from my site...but unfortunately although they did notice the change it was not enough...I have recieved a 2nd letter and have decided to comply...although my website will still be @ www.buckkelly.com for the next few weeks I have started making the transition to my new name and new web address...my new name is Ms. Dawn P. http://www.buckkelly.com/
I am a little sad to have to let go of the name as it has been my moniker now for 3 years...but I will hold my head up high because as a very dear friend said, "Wow you have unequivocally made it!"
